The loch earn brewery charges a £15.00 fee for the use of the slipway to launch and recover once only. In Addition a £20.00 deposit is required which is returnable in full if the following conditions are adhered to:

It is forbidden to launch a boat on loch earn without the land owners permission and landing on any part of the shore is not allowed.
Care must be exercised whilst launching or retrieving boats in order to prevent to Hotel property. The Hotel accepts no liability whatsoever for damage to person or property caused whilst using the launching facilities.
After launching vehicles and trailers must be removed immediately from the slipway area. Trailers may be left on the foreshore to the east of the slipway or in the other car parks only if directed by Hotel staff
Powered craft are not allowed to enter the river or to exceed 10mph whilst east of Neish Island.
Water Skiers, Jet Skiers and power boats must operate at least 100 yards off shore and must keep clear of small boats, canoes, swimmers, windsurfers, anglers and others who could be affected by their wash
All boat operators with engines over 10hp must be covered by third party/public liability insurance and by signing this form, you are stating that you have adequate cover. The hotel reserves the right or inspection of insurance documentation.
Boat operators under the age of 16 must be always accompanied by an adult
Leave nothing but footprints and take nothing but memories. Take your litter home or use the rubbish bins provided you may want to come back one day and enjoy it as it is now.
There is no overall rescue service on the Loch, which is additionally dangerous because it is liable to sudden squalls. Life jackets should be worn at all times. Bathing is dangerous except in the shallow water, many underwater banks shelve steeply
